Reporters from the Cunniff Kids News toured the future home of the Watertown Police Department on Wednesday October 7, 2009. While on their visit they became the first persons detained in one of the new holding cells.
Luis Garcia is no longer wanted in connection with a hit and run motor vehicle accident which resulted in serious personal injury to a Watertown resident. He turned himself in at Waltham District Court on September 15, 2009.
