Two members of the Watertown Police Department were inducted into the Watertown High School Athletic Hall of Fame at the 2008 induction banquet held Friday May 9, 2008. The officers inducted are: Tom Dicker, class of 1996, All Scholastic Football Linebacker and Patricia Grady, class of 1992, All Scholastic Field Hockey Player.
Watertown Police arrested aÂ 19 year old Watertown resident for the recent car breaks over the past week. Detectives are still working on the case. Police still remind residents to lock their car doors and do not keep anything of value inside of their vehicles.
The Watertown Police Department is pleased to welcome four new members. Recruits Kenneth Dinjian, Emily Doss, John Watts and Michael D’Amico start the Police Academy on Monday May 19, 2008. They will be attending the Lowell Police Academy over the next 20 weeks.
