Effective 03/01/2009 at 6:00 PM, The Town of Watertown has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY until further notice.Â All parking on public ways is prohibited.Â Any motor vehicle parked on a public way in violation of the snow emergency parking ban is subject to being towed.Â
